I bought this to use in the US. Are there any restrictions on what servers I can play on or anything?

Even if you're not sure of the exact time you release the keys, do you know like a general range? Such as 3-5 days before or 1-2 days before? Thanks, I appreciate it.

Can't seem to check out with a card or Paypal on here for the past week. I just tried again today and I am getting the same error "Limit exceeded". I know I have money available. but it just doesn't go through.

We'll be sending out the full game code a few days before launch, not sure exact time yet. Everyone that has the pre-order code or has played in a beta will be getting the Hazmat Gear content.

@CopyCatDk1, it's possible your browser might be causing issues with you trying to connect it via steam. Are you doing it via your account page?
