I'm having the same issue as you Originaljebus. I've tried clearing cookies and tried alt browsers, looks like GamesPlanet is having cart issues

So I click the "Preorder now" and it takes me to the cart. Above it says that the game has been added but it shows the cart as empty. Anyone have this issues or a fix for it? Thanks

If you don't have the hazmat gear at launch, just contact ubi support is my suggestion, if you can prove you have a code (which you can) it shouldn't be too hard for them to add it to your account :)

@marlenerockt, we'll make sure they are sent out early. If a preload happens we want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to download it ahead of launch.

Hoping to send them out a few days before release.

when are the final codes send via email? because of preload
