Didn't purchase yesterday as 30% off was going to be until release. Even made an account ready.
I'm sure someone else will offer 30% or maybe more just before release.

Member of the uk.gamesplanet.com team says price will stay
30% percent, then it changes.
"Who says that a member of their team "who says we will eventually get our keys"
Isn't lying also.

That's not the point, the point is a staff member specifically stated that it would stay at a 30% discount till release if not even longer.. Never mentions a possibility of change instead insures us that it wont be changing at all. It's just strange to see such a quick and UNANNOUNCED change. Honestly I'd still be willing to purchase it if it changed to this price, IF I wasn't just told what not even 48 hours ago that a certain price was going to stay.... Just a lil fishy to me

The deal they are offering now is still better than any deal anywhere on the market.

I must say im with INMATE here - in none of your post was there any indication that the deal was subject to chance - it was a definite "Deal stays 30% until release - possibly longer". im pretty sure this is not something that was decided overnight!
I understand that the outrage was never your intention and that you, CraigB and Lithium, are probably completely removed from this decision, but you are unfortunately on the recieving end of this!

What about if you link your gamesplanet account to your Steam account (if you don't have one go ahead an create a new one), join the Steam group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/foruncut which will provide you with an automatic extra 5% off? I did it this way and paid £49.87 which is more than acceptable minding prices in other websites OR Uplay store :)

Daaaamn I missed the £48 price :( I was genuinely waiting closer to release to buy it having been lead to believe it was staying at £48. still might have to get it at £52 though. gutted
