@LastManBattalion, no idea what club you mean. We do not limit purchases at all, you buy the game and we send the code when we have it available.

I've seen people buying from this site complaining about not getting their game like gta v because they needed to be in some sort of club or something. Is it like that with this game or do I just need to pay and wait for the code and then activate it on Uplay?

Hi! The main Uplay key will come to you closer to the game launch in time for the pre load. The next beta is open meaning you don't need a code to get in, but you can still use your code to unlock the pre order bonus here: http://tomclancy-thedivision.ubi.com/game/en-GB/beta/
Scroll to the bottom and enter the code where it says "Enter your code here"

2 questions:

1. if we pre ordered the gold edition when will we get the actual game download key/code for uplay?
2. the beta is getting re re released, do we need a new code?
