You list countries that cannot activate the game as
"Please note that this product is region locked and can't be activated from: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Republic of Korea"
So I purchased the game, however it is unable to be activated from the USA. Comments several months ago from other users with responses from mod support indicate activating from USA would also be ok, but it was not allowed. I had to resort to VPN to activate.
