Sorry if these are stupid questions, but will this steam key work for the North America region and is there a refund mechanism if the game runs poorly on my machine?

You can order it from the US and activate without issue, if you run into problems with the game we may be able to refund you but you should make sure you at least meet the min requirements ;)

Thanks. I meet and exceed even the recommended requirements, but some TW games (I'm looking at you, Attila) have been so horribly optimized and bugged at launch that I just couldn't put up with it. I hope that's not the case here, but I just wanted to know I'm covered in the worst case scenario.
