This may be of some help http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ Also you should ask the Magical Google machine as well, chances are someone has asked the same question as you, although with the game not being out yet it would be hard to tell for sure if you can run it with your specs

Not to be rude but i would not recommend to use that site on games that has not been released and fully tested because that site always seem to give incorrect results. Atleast for me and friends of mine who has done the tests. The results tells me i don't even meet the minimal requirements which is very wrong. My specs are more than enough to be able to play the game with everything on high 1v1 20 vs 20 unit armies with 45-55 fps. Since my GPU is overclocked i should be able to reach 60+ fps.

Here is the link for the specs required to run the game. http://wiki.totalwar.com/w/Total_War_WARHAMMER_Specs I also recommend to go check TWcenter.net, the TW: Warhammer forum. There are threads about specs. There are threads about it on Totalwar.com too in their forum. Happy to help.

Oh no, i don't want to shame you. I think you and your co-workers are doing a great job communicating with your customers and trying to help. It is not easy to keep track on all the games you are selling. Only reason why i know so much about TW:W is because i have followed it closely for over half a year.

Concerning the site i personally don't want to recommend. I was mainly sharing my experience with it and it is a tricky site. Sometimes it is correct and sometimes it isn't. Regarding games that are not out yet, it is always wrong from my experience. Even with games that has been out for long, the site a lot of the time still give incorrect results. I think it's better to check the specs from the games themselves and talk with other people about it. It is much more reliable than that site.

Again. Don't feel ashamed. You are doing a good job from my point of view.
