Hi, If your from the US or just not Europe this error message just means that your bank doesn't allow payments overseas. You can call or message them to lift this block for everywhere or if you just want to keep the block in place but whitelist Gamesplanet, you can tell them that the payment merchant is Metaboli SA

Thanks guys [Lykke too :)] for the quick response.

I ended up calling my bank and they assured me it would not be charged, so I re-did the transaction via Paypal (which I have used on the site before).
Seems to have all gone through ok via paypal.

Did I read it correctly that game keys are likely to be sent tonight sometime?
