In theory today will give the keys and you can download the game from steam, but I guess it will not be playable until 24 is not it? or am I wrong

Correct, not available to play until May 24th but keys will be sent out today.

And that's a very good thing too, given that it will probably take me two days to download the full game... at least I reckon' it will be at least 50 GB worth of data.
