Looking at your attempts, it's the typical error that comes with a bank blocking overseas payments. Would suggest contacting your bank to allow your bank to Greenlight us for payments you can provide them with these details -

Clearing through: Wirecard Bank, Germany

Alternatively you could try Paypal or another card.
