No way of really knowing how the game will be, it's released on console tomorrow and PC in 2 weeks. I imagine some reviews for the game will start appearing towards the end of this week.
Watch Dogs 2 does feature dog petting though!

replyNo that was pushed back 2 weeks to allow more time to squash last minute bugs :)
The original Watch Dogs had issues at launch and I imagine they want to avoid that this time around, plus with several PC versions this year it makes sense to give a little extra time.
