replyThe key activates world wide, except in Japan and North Korea. The keys will be made available from your GP account but we'll surely update you by email as soon as the assignment of keys has been done. Keys will be available as soon as Bandai greenlights pre-load with us.

replyThe soundtrack will be made available through the Steam activation. That'll be available at pre-load / release. That is at least the way it worked in the past with Bandai Namco, so I assume it'll be the same here.

I saw people discussing the way the ost was edited on the subreddit, but it sort of slipped my mind that many people already have the game due to staggered releases.
