Region activation Season 4

Hi!
The mark in «Anno 1800 Season 4 Pass» page says «Activates in Belarus».
How do you think, will it really work with Belarusian UbiStore account?
Ubi had closed Russian store, but still doesn't provide a solution for other CIS countries 😐
