I heard that the 20% discount here stacks with the 5% discount for owners of previous games in the series. Is there anyway to confirm that my pre-order here includes the 5% discount?
replyNo sure where you heard that but it's actually not true. The 20% discount is final on this sale.
replyThe game right now has a 5% discount on Steam for pre-ordering if you own any other game in the series. I heard somewhere that the 5% stacks with the 20% here. This is my first time using this service and wasn't sure if discounts here stack with discounts on the Steam store.
replyHello, can you tell me how much £31.99 is in Euro with paypal? The currency rate is about 40.48€ but im not sure about extra paypal fees. Paypal always adds a bit more, also add some fees.
replyI bought the game two days ago and I paid 41.93€ (used paypal).
replyNot sure how much PayPal adds to it, but you can easily check that from your PayPal. Add the product to the cart and checkout with PayPal. They'll show you the final amount in Euros they'll charge you BEFORE you accept to pay. You can still cancel if you do not like it :)

replyYes, for sure. How comes you doubt that? UK is in europe, Spain too… all fine. In fact, it works everywhere except Japan and Korea :)
replyI doubted it because you have a different store for Germany and France with higher prices on Dark Souls III so i thought that the key won't work in these countries or others from West Europe. :)

replyIt will work just fine for you in Brazil. Keys will be assigned to customers' accounts as soon as Bandai greenlights preload.
replyKind of a stupid question, but I've never bought games through a site such as this one; when the game releases, how will we get the code? Will it be emailed to us, or show up on our account here? Thank you very much!
replyAs soon as the Steam activation key is available, we'll assign those to existing pre-orders. The key will be made available through your account only but we do update you by email about the fact the key has been made available.
The key will be available to you as soon as preload has been greenlighted by Bandai Namco.

replyYour site says the release date is 12/04/2016 but the US release is 04/12/16. Just want to confirm that the game will unlock in April for us in the US.
replyYes that's correct, European date formats are different from the US.
It will be out on April 12th.
