Can this game be activated in India? Also, is there a chance you might 'run out of keys', resulting in a delay in providing keys? This happened with another retailer I know.

Just to make sure I don't waste my money, if I buy it through this website and I'm located in the US it won't be region locked or anything right? I realize it says only in Japan and North Korea I am just making sure.
