Hey Sir, the notice says "This game is region locked and can't be activated from Japan & North Korea." So just those 2 countries are affected. India is good for activation :P

Thanks for the prompt response! yes i saw the 2 countries mentioned but still thought it was safe to ask. like dlgamer site doesn't explicitly mention region locks i just wanted to be sure. Thanks again!
