replyHey -- no idea why PayPal is asking you that. We don't enforce this. Depending on how you cover the amount payable, it can be related to unsupported currency conversion, e.g. bank account. I'm not really sure on this – PayPal should be able to answer this.
Also, make sure to log in to PayPal. Might be they display the guest checkout thing to you.
