Yes, just change the Language in the options before (or affter) you install the game on Steam :)

so i bought game like 5 min ago. it was 24 euro. when i bought the game i paid more than this. what is problem ? ( in Turkey 24 euro is cost like 94 TL but i paid 111 TL)

It could be different banks/fees by said bank. Paypal may offer lower fees.

The price has not changed since yesterday, your friend may have the uncut discount though. Email [email protected] with your friends email and I can check for you.

I see what has happened, you're mistaking the Euro currency for £. The price is in Pounds not Euro :)
