That's exclusive to the Battle.net store, however this will be available to everyone in December.

Gamestop, Battle.net, Xbox Store, PSN Store, and other physical retailers got it too, saw a trailer today and googled it for more info. Already pre-ordered from you guys, any chance you guys can get the codes for those that pre-ordered digital deluxe edition?

Also: Is the "Salute" emote included or is that also not in this version?

It's unlikely, though if we do get it we'll be sure to update everyone. Salute is again another pre-order bonus (as far as we know) and is not included either. Here is what is included with Deluxe -

Legendary Sword, Legendary Player Emote and Cabal Empire Themed Emblem.
