Good news, the issue has been resolved! Please check your Gamesplanet account, a new key to enable the preorder bonus has been added to your order. You'll find the bonus content in the usual DLC tab in your Steam client/launcher.

replyHi Kevin, If your currency is US dollars, then that's what you will pay in. Your bank or PayPal will make the conversion from Pound or Euro to the equivalent in your normal currency.
