As mentioned on the website keys are not yet available from Bandai, who will be delivering them in the morning EU time (so likely within a few hours). This is the same for all 3rd party stores and we're in the same boat. We know the pre-load has started already and the key will be with you as soon possible. When keys are available you'll get an email to let you know its ready for pickup.

Worry not you'll still be able to preload and be ready for the launch.
