replyYes you can, all versions of the game on PC use Rockstar Social Club DRM so you'll be able to play with Steam friends.
replyOh, I was scared that It wouldn't, I'm used to buying steam keys and using Steam to download my games, but Rockstar is giving me a headache installing all 73 Giggs of it!.
