Hey,

We're aware of the issue, seems Warner are having some tech issues getting the Deluxe Access going. Hopefully this will be resolved shortly. We have no control over this sadly.

We have reached out to Warner to resolve this and hope to have a response soon.

This affects all partners and is not limited to us.

Thank you for the answer, but the problem is that the game looks to me like the regular version and not like the deluxe version.

You have the correct version, there's no mistake. Steam never displays a special edition for a title. You can verify the edition on your account page under Product Activations.
