replyRestart Steam, should resolve it. You may need to restart your computer if that doesn't work (Steam sometimes remains in the background even after restarting).

replyHello! I bought the deluxe version of this game and received the keys from you. I entered them on steam but the onyx mount isn't part of my dlc like in other players' case which means that steam doesn't recognize my key. Is there a problem from their side or from yours?
replyHey again, we spoke to Warner and indeed there was an issue with bonus keys - which has been resolved :)
replyShould be in the game what happens when you launch it? At the start it should mention the bonus and is accessible when you unlock mounts.

We're aware of the issue, seems Warner are having some tech issues getting the Deluxe Access going. Hopefully this will be resolved shortly. We have no control over this sadly.
We have reached out to Warner to resolve this and hope to have a response soon.
This affects all partners and is not limited to us.
replyThank you for the answer, but the problem is that the game looks to me like the regular version and not like the deluxe version.

Hey, we're aware of the issue it seems Warner are having issues getting the Deluxe Early Access going on Steam. Hopefully it won't take too long, we'll also try to speak to them on our end.
Sadly its out of our hands at the moment.
