With the Project Motor Racing: V8 Power Pack, GIANT Software's racing sim Project Motor Racing from Straight4 Studios gets its next major expansion from the Year 1 Season Pass. The expansion focuses on nine V8 machines from three eras of American road racing: the Historic US V8 class brings back the golden age of the late 1960s and early 1970s with the Ford Mustang Boss 302, Plymouth Barracuda, AMC Javelin, and Camaro TA Z/28, while the USV8 class represents the modern era with current Trans-Am cars from Dodge, Ford, and Chevrolet. The AUS-V8 Evo class rounds out the package with modern Australian touring cars from Ford and Chevrolet. All nine cars hit the track without driving aids such as ABS or traction control, staying true to the philosophy of pure rear-wheel-drive power. A new venue also joins the roster in the laser-scanned Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, with its blind crests, fast chicanes, and heavy braking zones.

After almost a year, Endless Legend 2 is finally leaving Early Access behind with its full 1.0 release. The sequel to Amplitude Studios' cult 4X strategy game takes you to Saiadha, a planet threatened by rising waters and so-called "Tidefalls", where you'll build an empire, engage in diplomacy, and wage war with different factions and powerful heroes. The full release introduces the Sandmakers as a sixth playable major faction – the oldest civilisation on the planet, dreaming of turning the world back into a desert. The package is rounded out by two new Rogue factions, independent splinter groups of established peoples with their own quests and playstyles, as well as a new minor faction. If you've been following the series since the original game launched in 2014, or enjoyed Amplitude's work on Humankind, now is a good time to jump in: starting Friday, Endless Legend 2 will be available with a hefty discount on Gamesplanet for a limited time to celebrate the 1.0 release.

With Kernel Hearts, Argentine indie studio Ephemera Games is releasing its first game – a stylish blend of action RPG and roguelike with a strong anime influence. As a member of the M.A.H.O.U. unit, you transform into a "magical girl" (that's genuinely the official term) and team up with up to three friends in co-op to climb the Tower of Babel, defeat angels, and ultimately face God himself. Each run lets you freely combine attacks, spells, movement abilities, and temporary powers before facing a boss battle at the end of each floor. If you fail, you'll return to the laboratory, where the loot you've collected can be invested in upgrades for the MAHOU.OS system. If you want to experience a mix of fast-paced co-op combat and lavishly voiced anime presentation, Kernel Hearts is available at launch on Gamesplanet with a discount.
