E3 2017 - Gamesplanet Guide to E3 Pre-orders
Another fantastic E3 has come to an end, we've been treated to surprises and more as publishers gave us a glimpse at their upcoming projects - including reveals we weren't even expecting!
To help gamers out we've put together a guide on the hottest games on the horizon which can be pre-ordered right now.
Assassin's Creed Origins (October 27th 2017)
The Assassin's Creed franchise returns later this year on October 27th. Witness the birth of the Brotherhood and travel to Ancient Egypt, with a vast open world to explore and new RPG mechanics making their debut to the franchise.

If you pre-orders the game in advance you will unlock the The Secrets of the First Pyramids, for free which will add a brand new mission to the game.
Far Cry 5 (February 27th 2018)
The Far Cry series also makes a return, this time we're heading to the US and take on a Doomsday Cult in Hope County, Montana. Like other games in the series you can take on various activities in this open world first person shooter, team up with new allies as you put an end to the cult's leader Joseph Seed and his family.

Everyone who pre-orders the game will get access to the Doomsday Prepper Pack and an Additional Chaos Pack, which contains everything you need to start your adventure in Far Cry 5.
Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus (27th October 2017)
You will once again be fighting the war as BJ Blazkowicz in this sequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order. This time it's personal as the battle shifts from Europe to America, it's up to BJ to hold back the threat and spark the second American Revolution. Like The New Order, you can expect crazy gunplay and insane weapons - plus you'll get new abilities to help unleash hell on enemies.
Pre-orders are now available, if you purchase the Deluxe Edition you will get the game + the Season Pass for even more gameplay when the DLC is released.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole (October 17th 2017)
After suffering a few delays, the gang at South Park are back this year with the release of the Super Hero sequel The Fractured but Whole which is coming on October 17th. You will be able to customise your very own super hero powers and team up with Stan, Cartman, Kyle, Kenny and others as you fight it out in your own rival hero teams.
Pre-orders will also come with a free copy of South Park: Stick of Truth which you can get right away to play with, plus Towelie your gaming bud when the game is launched!
Destiny 2 (October 24th 2017)
The hotly ancitipated FPS Action Sequel finally makes a PC debut this year, plus we can expect an even more stunning version with uncapped framerates, 4k support, mouse and keyboard as well as so much more. Fans have been waiting to see the franchise on PC for a long time and this year it's finally going to happen.
Pre-orders all come with Beta Access, that will give PC players a chance to try the beta from August (with codes being sent out nearer launch)!
Middle-earth: Shadow of War (October 10th 2017)

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 (November 14th 2017)
The sequel to the 2013 LEGO hit LEGO Marvel Super Heroes will see our heroes go on a time traveling adventure as they stop Kang the Conqueror from conquering time itself. As with the last game you can expect a huge roster of Marvel heroes, including Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, and much more for this open world LEGO game.
Total War: WARHAMMER II (September 28th 2017)
After a huge year for Total War: WARHAMMER last year we don't have long to wait for the next chapter as 2017 marks the launch of the sequel. Much like the original game, players will be able to enjoy massive battles in the Warhammer universe, and play with entirely new factions and units.
If you pre-order you will get two bonuses with the game (including one prior to the launch if you own the first game):
- Customers who pre-order Total War: WARHAMMER II or purchase within the first week of sale will receive free Total War: WARHAMMER content as an early adopter bonus.
- The Total War: WARHAMMER content will be playable in the first game ahead of Total War: WARHAMMER II's release, with further details soon to be revealed.
Plus anyone who purchases the game will be able to get a code after payment so they can add the game to their Steam account in advance!
Vampyr (November 30th 2017)
DONTNOD have already had a smash hit with Life is Strange, but their next title will go in a different direction for the Vampire Action RPG Vampyr. In the game you will play as Dr Jonathan E. Reid, who is compelled to quench for thirst for blood on innocent people. The game will feature a skill tree and allow multiple endings, including one where no one has to die.
Pre-orders come with The Hunters Heirlooms DLC (Dragonbane Sword and Barker Pistol) for free!
Sonic Mania (August 15th 2017)
Everyone's favourite little Blue Hedgehog is back this year with 2 titles, first up on August 15th is the retro inspired Sonic Mania which will see our hero take on various levels from past Sonic games and also introduce brand new levels as he races to collect every gold ring in sight.
Plus anyone who purchases the game will be able to get a code after payment so they can add the game to their Steam account in advance!
Agents of Mayhem (August 15th 2017)
Fan of the open world third person action series Saints Row? Then you'll love the upcoming title from creator Volition as Agents of Mayhem takes place in the same universe and offers players a chance to try out multiple characters - each with their own unique set of abilities and cause even more mayhem in a large open sandbox to play around with.
If you pre-order Agents of Mayhem, you will get 9 premiere skins for free. These will add a unique look to each Mayhem Agent, with 3 premiere skins (Red Card, Rama, Joule) exclusive to this pre-order.
Additionally, you can get the Saints Row character Johnny Gat Agent Pack for free which contains the man himself, new missions, new vehicle skin and new Agents skins as soon as they become available.
