No confirmation but it's something I kind of expect since if I do remember right Metal Gear Rising did have a preload when it came to steam. Metal Gear Solid 5 (Altho not a Platinum game) also did have a preload.
replySome games on Steam have them, some don't. We'll keep an eye on any preloads though.
