You'll be able to activate it in your country no problems about that, as for it being locked at a future point that's entirely up to Square Enix but I very much doubt that would happen as they have never region locked their titles.

But, just to be frank though, the main reason that I am willing to purchase from this site is not because of the price, it is because I am not able to access to the steam purchase page for this game (It was the region lock issue). That's why I was worrying that the game will have any issue after I purchase it.
replyThere's been no evidence of that happening with Square titles in the past, I cannot see it happening in the future.
