Is the key for global? Will it be able to be redeemed on a singapore steam account? I hope that I wont be locked out after time goes by.

Yes, region free. Feel free to activate it in Singapore.

I would not expect them to lock the game at all honestly.

Hi, I am a user from Malaysia. Will there be any problem in the future if I purchase this game? Because this game was region locked in my country...

You'll be able to activate it in your country no problems about that, as for it being locked at a future point that's entirely up to Square Enix but I very much doubt that would happen as they have never region locked their titles.

Thanks for the quick reply! But, just to be frank though, the main reason that I am willing to purchase from this site is not because of the price, it is because I am not able to access to the steam purchase page for this game (It was the region lock issue). That's why I was worrying that the game will have any issue after I purchase it.

It's very unlikely Square will lock the keys, I wouldn't worry about it.

As far as we know Steam purchases should be available for everyone later down the road (including DLC). You should be able to redeem DLC, can't be sure if we'll sell it though.
