replyI'm from SEA and currently waiting for miracle to happen from Steam/SE. If preload started and it is still unavailable, i'll probably get one from here seeing that this is the most trustworthy site currently. Thanks.
replyI think the pre-load should start sometime today (If there's one), since the PS4 one started 2 days before release, moment of truth is upon us!
