althogh it sounds really ridiculous, SEA has no right to do so right?
However i dont wantto be a lab rat, i m just gonna buy it after it is released and see how the Asia player's review.
my question is : can i get a refund if game's locked even if it's activated?
how do you tell if the Key we bought is activated?what if we want to change our Key?

2.同样，你用这份CDKYE激活游戏后不会锁运行。
3.如果你在这里购买了游戏，你会在你的账户信息里看到这个游戏的页面，你会在那个页面里看到一个“提取CDKEY”的按钮（当然，要等他们发送CDKEY之后），在你没有点开提取CDKEY按钮之前，任何时候你都可以退款。
4.一旦你点下了提取CDKEY的按钮，他们会收到反馈，知道你已经提取了CDKEY，而这样也意味着你将失去退款的机会。
When you said you have your money ready I was imagining a Chinese guy with a fist full of notes ready to throw it at his screen :D (clears throat)
replyThere's no region lock on this game. But if you are ever not able to play or activate a game we always give you a refund, no questions asked. And to your last question - When you activate the game it will say Activation successful or similar. And you will see it in your Steam library. You won't be able to change your key after activation. You can ask Steam to remove the game from your library though if you really don't want it there :p
When we manage to activate the RoW keys, do they have a 100% chance of working? I was told that steam could check our region and still kick us out of the game (eg during a patch or something)
replyThat simply never happens. Once you've activated the game it is yours forever and Steam will never kick you.
replyalright that's a relief! Also buying this is in no way "violating terms of agreement" right? Really looked forward to playing this game so I'm hoping to circumvent the region lock :(

replyYep, we've heard that but as far as we know the codes are not region locked and you should still be able to activate it.
