It's unclear if the game will have a separate BETA entry on Steam when it begins or whether you can download the game on the Beta day. What we can confirm is that you'll definitely have the Beta access as we're working directly with Slitherine and have been for quite some time :)
As for the release timing of the Beta, this is most likely going to be EU time so it'll probably be in the afternoon (or early EU evening).
