Hi, I know somebody already asked whether this works with an US Steam account, but better safe than sorry, so: Does this work with a German Steam Account? (Full disclosure: I'm asking because I could save 4 bucks by buying in pounds instead of euros thanks to the current exchange rate.)

purchased using PayPal and got confirmation from paypal, but no confirmation from gamesplanet or update to "my games" section? do I have to wait until the keys are available before I will get confirmation?
