Hi there, keys will arrive soon. We're still 3 days away from the release, there's still time. If you want a refund you can still do it by yourself. See here for more details on how to do it: https://uk.gamesplanet.com/support/13-purchases-and-payments/203-enable-your-purchase-or-refund
That said, I doubt you'll receive a key on any other store for a game that's not playable yet.

But for me it says 2 days and 5 hours left till game release in my country so what you expect me wait 3 days and 5 hours?

Not sure where you're seeing the release date, console and PC have different release timings and we're still not sure to the final release on PC. Either way you'll have your key in time for a preload (should one appear) and before launch so you'll be able to play it at release.
