Language Support

Hi I come from Taiwan. Before I buy this game, I wanna ask some question.

In this Page I can know that this game include Traditional Chinese interface and subtitles.
But in this Page "https://uk.gamesplanet.com/game/resident-evil-7-biohazard-deluxe-edition-steam-key--3058-2", it only said support "German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese".

Is that true?
And if I buy this game here, and find there is no TC Languages.
(Something like the key this website sold is EU key, and Taiwan isn't a EU country, so the language not include Chinese.)
Can this website refund?
