UK版のトリロジーを購入予定でSeparate Ways DLCも遊びたいのでUS版のRE4があると動作に不具合が出るのかなと思いました。実際どうでしょうか？
replyAs this Trilogy pack contains the Separate Ways DLC, you could just remove the games from your account and use this pack to avoid issues with dlc :)
Unfortunately we don't have the other DLC packs for sale that Steam has, so if you have anything you bought on Steam it may not carry over.

replyIf you have any other versions on Steam then I would advise removing it from Steam entirely (not just an uninstall) to avoid issues.
