found it, thought you have to redeem a code, but to get the glow stuff you have to complete the night missions and then you dont even have to buy them ingame.

Yeah I too was unsure, still can't figure out which night missions are part of the Moonlight Pack. If you know which ones (besides the Light one) then let me know :)
