Multiple downloading issues

Hi, I am new to this website and since Steam banned Super Seducer 3, I decided to buy it on Gamesplanet, but unfortunately, I have been trying multiple times to download all the files (for the record, they're too much :/)...but with multiple issues, such as: I am at file .bin5 and then the downloader got into an error. Then, I tried to download the files manually, but I've tried both Chrome and Firefox, but they're slow or they stuck into an error saying (unsuccessful download). I don't want to ask for a refund for this game, but I have the right to be able to download it without so many problems.

At the moment, I'm trying to re-download the game, starting from the file .bin1...Probably in a few days, I'll be able to play it... :'(
