Hi, i bought this edition and redeemed my code a few minutes ago, but when i try to activate my code on steam an error message appears and says "the subscription on the following items was not complete", yet the box below this message is empty and "tekken 7" game still appears on my games library. is this normal to happen or should i contact steam support? Thanks in advance

That's an odd one, possibly a Steam bug. If the game is in your library and it still appears after a Steam restart then don't worry about it :)

Yes i restarted and the game is there. i tried going into the store and adding the game to my basket shows a warning saying i cant buy because i already own it. I restarted steam twice and tried again adding the code and this time it said i already own the product associated with this code so i think you were right possibly it was just a bug and the problem is now solved. Thank you very much

Wouldn't worry about it then, Steam can be a little derpy sometimes when adding a product (may even say you own it despite it being the first time you activate) but as long it's there you won't have a problem. Hope you enjoy it next week!
