replyHi there, sorry about the wait. Our security robots wanted us to take a look at the order because it detected that you've got two Gamesplanet accounts now. No big deal but sometimes it can mean foul play. That's all been sorted for you now though and the key is inside your account :)
replyCan't say for everyone, but the pre-purchase is completely fine for me. After I played for about 20 min, the season pass and skin were in dlc list. Try to start the game, as it gives messages in the menu that you have unlocked the metallic skins (which require the season pass)
replyHello, the game it's activated now, I bought the Deluxe Edition but I don't see anything related to the Deluxe Edition or a Season Pass or something in the DLC section of the game in Steam, just the Eliza DLC
replyFor some reason (unknown to us) the Season Pass does not show up on the DLC tab yet. Once you visit the Steam Store page for the Tekken 7 Season Pass (and are logged in) you will see a message displayed by Steam that you already own the SP.

replyYes, that works. The pre-order bonus is dependent of the key you have, not the time of redemption through Steam.
