If I'm ordering this from the US, will the code work on a US based Steam account?
Also, will I be able to cancel my order before codes go out if I find a better price in the meantime?

The page doesn't mention if the Deluxe Edition will include the season pass.

It's not really a Season Pass, but it will include two additional playable characters, a new game mode and hundreds of additional costumes. As an exclusive gift for purchase, receive over 30 metallic costumes for your characters and shine in the Iron Fist Tournament!

It's the same Deluxe version others are doing so if they offer it, we do as well :)
