I want to purchase tekken 7 on CD but I don't find the deluxe edition on CD only steam
if I purchase the normal edition on CD and I purchase the season pass later, have I the same things that comes with the deluxe edition?
or is the extra game mode only for deluxe edition and not for DLC?

We're not sure if the Deluxe content will match the Season Pass content, so it's possible some content may be exclusive to Deluxe. Can try to find out for you but for now it's unclear on which content you get in Deluxe and Season Pass.

We expect to send codes out before launch, normally when/if a preload happens. You don't need to worry about region locks with this title. All pre-orders come with the bonus content yep (including Eliza).

You're in Europe, so sure, it will work without issues. Once the key is available from your Gamesplanet account, you can activate the game through the Steam Client, as described here

We also have a french description on how to do that.
