I've tried many times since day 1, hour 1 to get it redeemed... I even had that form filled out before game release with it saying it would email me.

Why can't I redeem my hazmat in US? You guys kept saying it was going to work fine in US. Now the site says not available in my country.

It worked fine until short after release, where Ubi US decided not to accept any more keys. We had word with Ubitsoft and they are working on a solution to this. It's an ongoing thing for days already…

How do you play on the NA server with this key? My chat is just loaded with chinese, korean, and spanish text and nearly everybody on the chat hud is trolling hardbody.
