@Stardog765 You need to have the Gold Version for direct access to National Guard. The Season Pass does grant access to National Guard but at a later date.

Did not receive the National Guard gun and pack as well. US purchaser here.
If this is a problem because we are in the US and purchased the Season Pass here then that should have been spelled out as a warning. US customers beware.

If you don't wish to do that we suggest looking at this thread for possible fixes with Uplay - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1983620/uplay-downloads.html

1) Try Running Uplay in Admin mode by right clicking on it's shortcut.
2) Disable Firewall (not recommended)
3) Change the default installer path under Uplay settings

So do we need to actually set up some kind of VPN to get our Hazmat pre-order stuff or are you saying that if we just wait we will get it evetually?

If you have not received your hazmat suit yet, please wait for Ubisoft to activate the suit on your Uplay account. It takes some time. Play and enjoy the game till Ubisoft activate the Hazmat bonus on your account. :)
