UPDATE: Looks like if you are in the US and purchased the game here that is the reason you can't activate the hazmat suit. This link http://tomclancy-thedivision.ubi.com/game/en-GB/beta/index.aspx with a VPN allows activation.

I guess it was worth it for the price but still being unable to redeem the hazmat suit is a bummer.

Still have not received the Hazmat gear even though I did follow the instructions on release day and entered my code. Never received an email about activating it. Do I need to reenter that code somewhere or what? Starting to get a little irritating.
