No hazmat code but main game and Season pass worked on release time.

@ALL -- Remaining preorder codes have been sent to the accounts now. We had a minor issue with our settings, those have been fixed now. Please check back into your account and the preorder codes assigned.

Same for me, no hazmat gear, i would recommend people wait a few hours before everyone complains

Hey guys -- how to redeem the preorder bonus:

1. Go to the following website: http://tomclancy-thedivision.ubi.com/game/en-GB/beta/index.aspx
   
2. Log in with your existing Uplay account or register with a new account
   
3. Select the platform on which you want to play
   
4. Redeem the pre-order code from your Gamesplanet Account to secure your pre-order bonus
   
5. At release, you will receive your Hazmat gear set unlock code by email
