Go to Library, find Tom Clancy's The Division. It should say you have 5 add-on for it.
Select that and you should have the option to pre-load. Yes the image is from the non gold edition but it will download as well as the other 5 add-on. Which are :

1. Season Pass
2. Season Pass Exclusive Weapon
3. Season Pass Exclusive Outfit
4. Hazmat Gear
5. National Guard Gear
