Guys -- we have been looking into this and Ubisoft confirmed our codes are all valid. The beta website is having issues and does not accept all codes. This issue is not limited to the codes provided here but a general issue. Ubisoft is looking into it.

I also have the same problem trying to use my 12 digit pre-order code and after asking ubi soft support they are saying its a fault were the game was preordered everything else worked fine.

Hi,

I tried to use my 12 digit pre-order code here http://tomclancy-thedivision.ubi.com/game/en-gb/beta/index.aspx (in order to get my hazmat gear).

It states that the 'your code is invalid'? Please can you look in to this and provide me with a valid code? or is this a problem on Ubisoft's side? My game and season pass codes worked on uplay.
