Seems you're in line with others to wait for Ubisoft to apply it to your Uplay account. We're also waiting for the DLC to show up.

It's confirmed though, that as soon as the DLC has been applied, Ubisoft will notify you by email.

Did not ask before, but did you by chance play during closed beta? If yes, you do not need this code at all. Hazmat will be granted to all beta players.

A lot of gamers have reported this error message as they already qualified for Hazmat. Is that the case with you also?

Thanks again Chrisv for the fast reply. I read his comment and used a VPN to attempt to redeem the code. This time it let me enter it but then I got the message "Your code is not valid."
