Thanks for the great deal! Will be buying from you guys again! Also people need to stop crying about a 3$ increase grow up people shit happens. It's not the moderators fault as he/she was clearly not informed from the higher ups about the price increase.

I have never purchased from here before so before I do I just have one question. Will I receive my game key before launch date so I can preload and play when the servers go live or will I have to wait for a code a few days after release? Thanks.

That code will need to be entered in Uplay under Redeem a Code.

I preorderd today and received my code for the hazmat preorder bonus. However the page (http://www.thedivisiongame.com/beta) where you used to enter the code (which was also the code for the beta as I understand it) has been updated for the open beta and now there is no longer a place to enter the code.

Any ideas?

I really don't want to add more to the drama, but I'll just say that I think the gamesplanet customer service team is doing a way better job than other online retailer outlets. Their reps have been consistently responding to people's questions in the comment section, and I have actually e-mailed their support twice and they replied within an hour or so both times.

Miscommunications happen, and Lith was polite enough to come forward and own it; his explanation is perfectly acceptable and reasonable.

So as adults, can we all just move forward at this point? Open beta for PC is in 3 days, bring your friends and have fun.
